Last time I looked, Swirly, the Legal area was about legal matters of all kinds, not just MJ-related. Try reading the other threads, and you'll see that. I don't know who moved your thread, but if I'd seen it before they did, I'd have moved it, too. You're also more likely to get a knowledgeable answer here. You certainly do get your panties in a twist sometimes about the dumbest stuff.
