Exactly. I smoke about a quarter of some nice buds every week, personally, can be up to like 10-11 grams if im partyin, anyway, I smoke daily and still get pretty stoned, but not nearly like i used to get. Whenever i stop for an extended period of time, and then smoke again, i get ridiculously stoned. Sometimes i get so damn high i cant control it lol and im a pretty experienced smoker. So that argument is BS just as you said.

Sure 2,3, or even week long breaks might be a little better, but one day off from toking makes a world of difference. The high of smoking on a consecutive day for me is like this: crazy come-up, great high, rare auditory hallucinations for 30 minutes, which goes into a mild buzz and burnout after about an hour or two. But after a one day break the high seems way crazier. My face gets numb and warm, I can't get a goofy smile off my face, and I start hearing Rating: 5
