One day breaks kick ass. Sure 2,3, or even week long breaks might be a little better, but one day off from toking makes a world of difference. The high of smoking on a consecutive day for me is like this: crazy come-up, great high, rare auditory hallucinations for 30 minutes, which goes into a mild buzz and burnout after about an hour or two.

But after a one day break the high seems way crazier. My face gets numb and warm, I can't get a goofy smile off my face, and I start hearing things all over the place. And, most importantly, I'm at a peak high for 3-4 hours. It feels like the first time getting high again.

Anyways, you probably all know this but I just wanted to mention it.
