I have stolen so many things (mostly little things) and fortunately never got caught. I don't ever steal stuff now it was all in my youth and I didn't have any respect as far as money went cos I never had any the concept was foreign to me. A lot has changed though.

The things that I stole that made me feel the worst though were both accidents. When I was about 6 or 7 I went to this girls place to play it turned out it was a kind of temp foster home or something like that, the whole area was fairly poor. Anyhow,we were playing with her pretend makeup and carrying it round pretending to be all grown up and the plastic lipstick went missing, she accussed me of stealing it and I said I didn't steal it but admitted to having it in my pocket some time later and gave it back. I was never invited over to play again and every time I walked past that house it was a sad reminder. I moved to the country and forgot about the whole thing until I was about 15 I was visiting a very close family friend and staying in the same room as their grandma and she left this beautiful old ring on the bedside table so I tried it on and must have fallen asleep. Well in the morning I forgot I had it on and didn't realise until I was on the 2 hour train trip home. The honest and bigger thing to do was to give it back but I thought they would be so angry with me so I didn't and it was stolen off me by my flatmates gf a few years later. Karma.

All slaggings and insults for my small but very hurtful crimes are deserved. Never steal off friends it leaves a very nasty stain on your heart.
