I have been fortunate enough to not have many run-ins with pain. Two that stick out are when I was younger:

First was in preschool where the playground had a wooden plank bridge held together with ropes. I was going to take a short cut to the slide and hop onto the side of the bridge instead of just going across. Well, the loose plank flew up and knocked my ass to the ground where I lay for a couple of minutes with everyone laughing at me. Not much after that except a huge knot on my head. Oh and they got rid of the bridge after that, I felt bad thinking that it was my fault...

Another time, first grade I think, this ~300 pound man was standing on a dolley facing out. I told him that I "bet I can push you around". For some reason unknown to probably both of us he obliged and leaned back further onto the dolley and then fell on top of me.

Nothing broken but a handle hit me in the head and my leg still has an imprint from the bar of the dolley where it was pinned onto the ground. I couldn't walk right for about a week, had a burning sensation and took my breath away every step.

Nothing else really worth mentioning, most of you have better stories than mine already. I do notice that my head always seems to be a target though, like airsoft rifles, footballs, and yes even a tonka firetruck lasso which is basically a toy firetruck being swung around in circles by a rope.
