There's this guy I knew who got killed in early December over a meth deal... he was kinda weird but I guess he was my friend... and I really don't approve of somone doing something as hard as meth, but still I hate it that he died... and this guy you know really should go to prison if he killed somone in my opinion, but I'm against the death penalty.

^WHy do you say that? You don't know the circumstances and no one here does...... It is fucked, but he'll probably get 2nd degree murder, and assault with a deadly weaponx2.... and other little ones.... One of my friends went in for 2nd degree last year, when he was drunk he was showing his other friend his gun, and accidentally it shot, and on the way to the hospital the car crashed, and the guy died........and he got 2nd degree...... but he got out this year......or last year, near the end of 06......
