14 On, 10 Off Lighting

I personally have no experience; however, from the material and resources i've read its actually 10 on and 14 off. Your mimicing nature and what your doing is telling the plant winter is getting ever closer. My understanding is that under this lighting schedule, your forcing the plants to reach maturity quicker (but at a 25% weight decrease).

Again, this is only information I read from The Cannabis Grow Bible by Greg Green and I have no experience doing so myself.

it is 10-on and 14-off all this does is makes it mature faster and gives you less yeild

But when is ideal? If most of the leaves had turned yellow but there is a significant amount of white hairs left. About let's say, 60-75% of white hairs.
