Does it piss you off when you can't open something? I seem to be having this problem all the time, but with other kinds of packaging as well.
Even getting a can of Pepsi out of the multipack is a chore. When I'm stoned and got the munchies, I can't be fucked wasting time trying to open something.
The other week, my friend bought a bag of Doritos and the dipping sauce. He was stuffing his face, and I was stoned. When he got to his bag of Doritos, he found he couldn't open the jar. He was sat there for 10 minutes trying to get the lid off that fucker. He then handed it to me, I tried unscrewing the lid to no avail. I suggested smashing it open with a hammer, but I got my tool box out and levered the lid off with a screwdriver.
Another time, I almost cut my finger off with a Stanley knife trying to cut open plastic packaging.
I doubt the manufacturers of these things care, as long as they get the profit when you purchase an item, they're not going to care if you can't open it, or damage the product or yourself in the process.

Why? Your first attack failed so it seems you're carefully analysing my post trying to find anything you can to use against me. Get a life, and I mean that in a good way.
It isn't just me who is having problems with excessive packaging, but it seems the problem is restricted to the UK.

Why? Because if you can't open the bag of doritos to eat them, you won't buy them anymore

i dont really want to get involved but pablo i think your being a bit peti and synth i also have this problem it was only the other day i brought a 70cl bottle of lucozade (sp?) sport and spent about 15 mins trying to open it breaking the sports cap(that you get charged like a extra 20p for) in the process only to find out thaey had put a bit of film over the top of the bottle lol so you have to undo the cap take the plastic film of before you can drink it lol..they should make it more clear so that cannabis users such as myself dont waste 15 mins of there high trying to get a drink to save me from the dreadded 'dry-mouth'.
lol anyways i dont really think theres any need to argue

So then why don't you stop wasting your time while you're high, and open it up before you get high? Then you won't waste any time when you get the munchies. But I know what you mean, some shit is really annoying to open.
