Well I resolved to stop being so lazy.. and today I finished an English Language essay I've been putting off for months. I'd say I'm doing pretty well on the not breaking my resolution front :thumbsup:

lol! my resolution was to quit smoking cigarettes... but how can you have a beer without a cigarette? it's not right. how can you have a coffee without a cigarette? blasphemy!

LOL, actually, I'm doing swimmingly with my resolution of no more cigarettes. Granted it's only been one day, it's still been okay.
And for our very bull-headed cityboy gone know-it-all, new years just gives people an excuse to make a change in their lives. Otherwise, some, like myself, probably wouldn't have given up or changed something about themselves until a few months later.
A new year is a new, clean slate.
It's not too hard to understand, so hopefully that knocks you down a peg or two
