getting BURNT OUT
Sometime coffee and caffeine can have an opposite effect of what it's really supposed to do. if you're like me, you could drink a pot of coffee and go to bed. Caffeine makes me very, very, veeerrry tired. That's why I don't drink pop often, and coffee never.
Try an energy drink. Avoid Red Bull as it is 70& caffiene I believe. Try a natural supplement drink if you want to. Find something with Ginsing in it, along those lines. There are ones out there, plus it is much healthier for you. Those energy loaded with caffeine is bad for the heart.
Try not smoking shag weed.
I know, weed is weed, right? I find lower quality cannabis makes me more tired than actually high. I think it has to do with having to smoke so much of it to get to that spot, leaving the brain tired from inhaling the not so good stuff.
Try smoking less. Smoke just enough to get high instead of smoking so much, that you're blasted off your rocker. Moderation is key.
