Alcohol doesn't really make people horny, it just lowers their inhibitions a bit, and makes them less aware of what they're donig. Alot of people also use it as an excuse; they'll do stupid stuff then jusstify it by saying "I was drunk"

I feel it makes it a little harder to get horny. But if I end up do getting horny then I just cant stop myself! And standards do get a little lowered in terms of the girl looks. But there still has to either be an ass or some nice tits.

I used to refer to tequilla as the "international naked beverage". As far as whether or not it makes a girl horny, the answer is, "yes and no". What it all boils down to is the mood of the occasion. In a situation where you're drinking wine (champagne, I prefer), you're more likely going to be in a situation over a nice meal, or with candles lit. Occasions that call for wine or champagne are often times more romantic than occasions that call for beer. While lowering inhabitions, it'll also help to set the mood, if the mood is already being created. For instance... candles and champagne will always be more romantic than a bottle of Boone's Farm in the back seat of a car.
