back page of one of the older 'fancier' bibles (they had thinner paper) have also heard of using wrappers from tampons and scraping off the foil from a grum wrapper and using that..

the foil from a cigarette pack works too.
but you dont scrape it, you fold it and then roll it back and forth between your fingers and the foil just comes right off.
