you can't flush your system. that whole industry is a lie pretty much. if you have a test coming up, stop smoking as far in advance as you can or get some quick fix.

I haven't smoke in well over a month, and that was my first time in months.... I don't know when, however, I have a piss test coming up. I smoked last night about 4 puffs.
