pics of my plant w/nute lockout? hi/low ph?
MG preferted soil... RO water... yikes... there's the culprit!!!
did you know that tap water that has calcium in it can actually help prevent a precipitous drop in pH from toxic salt buildup? Calcium Carbonate, or CaCO3, limestone, is a neutralizing agent for acids!
I honestly think that using RO water is not a good idea. Especially if you are not adding CalMag plus! That's very important... you have to replace the Calcium and Magnesium if you use RO or distilled. And a calcium deficiency can cause weird blotches and necrosis like you have.stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . pics of my plant w/nute lockout? hi/low ph? my plant is having a nute lockout problem i assume. can someone tell me if this is from a high or low ph. 1/3 perilite 2/3 miracle grow soil. fed mostly r/o water with some tap water sometimes.pure blend pro bloom formula.for more info please check out my grow log below. i would appreciate the help sooooo much!!
