I got my stuff from the same place Mello, and you can look and see my experience with it. i don't think it's because it's bad, I think it's more poor technique. Smoking salvia is different then smoking weed and you need a special environment to make the trip truly something special. I LOVE salvia and so does my girlfriend. I recommend using a water fall bong. They are VERY easy to make and are very enjoyable. Here's how I made mine:

I got a drill from the garage, and a 24 ounce diet pepsi bottle. I then emptied out the pepsi, and set the cap on the table. I took the drill and put a hole in the cap and then a hole on the very bottom, in a location so I can comfortably cover it with my thumb. I then got a pen with a STEEL tip that you can unscrew. I filled it 3/4's of the way up with my 15x salvia and set the tip in the bottle cap. Then, I covered the bottom hole with my thumb and filled it with freezing cold water. I then screwed on the cap and set the bottle in the sink. I set my torch lighter's flame to just slightly above the salvia and move my thumb. I kept the flame DIRECTLY on the salvia as the water came out of the bottle. Then, when the water was almost all gone, I put my thumb back and took the cap off. Then, I moved my thumb and inhaled REALLY REALLY fast and until my lungs were completely full. With my lungs full I quickly stumbled to my bed and laid down, then when I couldn't take it anymore, I exhaled. If you're using plain salvia leaf, I recommend using a much larger bowl, such as a ratchet head. That way you can do it several times before you have to refill it. I've found this is the best way to inhale salvia smoke, and it's not near as harsh as inhaling marijuana via this method.
