why do straight edge people type like that anyways? i mean, it conveys one of two messages, you're a child, or you're of no particular age, just high as hell off something... never really understood why someone who is supposed to br 'grown and responsible' enough to make a decision like that, would put off the image they're anything but sober, grown and responsible...

TRUE "straight edgers" aren't straight edge. They are SO cool they don't have to make a big deal about not doing drugs.

Straight-edge is a SILLY idea.

Thats where it becomes hypocritical and it is HONESTLY impossible to be "straight edge". You can't not do any drugs at all. I guess its more about not using drugs recreationally though, as opposed to not at all. But whatever, I think they are silly and hypocrites none the less.

For as long as time has existed humans have used drugs in many shapes and forms for many reasons. For this reason I hate it when people don't believe in the use of drugs. For one, most people intake a drug or two during the course of most days. They just think theres a difference between drugs, which there is, but nonetheless we use drugs and you shouldn't always discriminate against drugs because of legality or reason of use.
