6'0''-135 lbs, took 8 pills a few nights ago, got slight floating/tingle sensation for about 30 seconds while laying down. Closed eye visuals were very odd featuring multiple fast, realistic dreams that feel more like visions. Basically just took a nap. Whole experince lasted only about 2 hrs.-

i took 24 with zicam night dxm, it was a good trip the first time but i tried to do it again and it was real shitty..ill never do it again b/c of that, i was soooooo tired, when i was sitting at my cpu i remeber trying to move the mouse and it wouldnt move but come to find out my hand wasnt even on the mouse i guess my mind was ahead of my reactions or something it really suck'd and i feel asleep although i dont remeber falling asleep and them i woke around 1am and wasnt tired at alli felt like i had slept for days but i felt really sick and natuios...just my 2cents

Well, two nights ago I took a total of 14 Sominex. It started out with me waking up at 11 pm and wanting to go back to sleep so I could wake up for school the next day. Found some packages for Sominex in my mom's drawer, so I looked it up on the net. Only active ingredient is diphenhydramine HCl, so I popped 14 of them, I weigh 230.
I had to wait about...an hour and a half for it to kick in.


It started off with me hearing this loud banging noise outside my room, like someone was trying to get in my door. I was scared shitless, but then realized I just have to calm down, go with it. Then I heard a crash like someone was throwing something on the wall outside the door then footsteps, then nothing. I started breathing really hard getting scared. I closed my eyes, breathed in deep to calm myself, thought to myself that it's not really there, calm down, and, again, go with it. I opened my eyes to see lots of little "flies" in my room and....WHAT THE HELL? Who are you?? For about a second and a half someone was sitting on my bed. I closed my eyes for a second, opened them, and no one was there. I turned off my TV to listen for noises. I could hear someone opening a cookie jar in the kitchen, then throwing it to the ground. Still the flies were here everwhere. My arms were there, but when I looked at them, it was as if I could just see right through them. I closed my eyes, and just thought I was going to sleep.
Next thing I know, it's like someone is talking to me.
"Hey, what are you doing?"
"Nothing, just layin' here."
"Why not go outside?"
"I don't want to go outside."
"Come on, it'll be fun. I'm not gonna hurt you. I promise."
"But I'm too comfortable."
"Just go outside!"

The voice screamed, and I opened my eyes as I close my mouth. I had a conversation with myself. I don't know if it was my subconscious or whatever the hell, but there I was, talking to myself as if I was another person, but not like being schizophrenic. I had complete knowledge of what was taking place.
Finally, I passed out.

All in all, I wish I would have taken more and stayed up longer. I liked it, and I wasn't scared, just a little nervous because it was new.

Diphenhydramine is very easy to get addicted to. Also, I know a girl who died from taking 30 ((estimated)) benedryl. She went into cardiac arrest and then died in the hospital. Just a cautionary warning.

Oh so true, i was addicted for 2 months or so, doing it every other day, sometimes every day. Doing around 20 everyday. Until one day i did 28. Had the most horrible trip ever. Had the scariest dream ever. I quit that day. Ive done it a few times since. But when i do it i get extremely depressed. So now ive gaven it up for good.

you piss every 5 min cause your body is getting rid of the poisons, hence why they tell you not to take it if you have problems urinating.

Yeah 30 pills is something like 750 MG which is past the lethal dose.

Yeah 30 pills is something like 750 MG which is way past the lethal dose. I actually do this rather often, i never take more than 10 pills. The high makes me think about things i normally wouldnt think about, it does make me tired and stuff like that. I never see things or anything like that....well maybe i do see things, like shadows moving on the ground and stuff. Once I went to pet my cat to find out that it wasnt really there. The thing about having conversations with someone thats not really there is very common. Main thing here is to watch how many you take, i read somewhere that 500mg can be lethal.

I've never done more than 5 or 6, but even that many put me straight to sleep. I have no idea what the lethal dose is, but 20 or 30 sounds like a good way to go into a nice, deep sleep, and never wake up! I could be wrong, but it's nothing I'd want to try.
