Ya see...back in Germany in 1933, the Reichstag caught on fire. But it was the political enemies of the Nazis...the communists that were blamed for it. So....they banned them and demonized them and the Nazis declared a national emergency and Hitler became a legal dictator out of the event. Works doesn't it!!
