... yes this is true. Green Dragon is high proof alchohol with cannabinoids dissolved in it. Alchohol(Ethanol in this case) evaporates a temperature around room temp. This means boilings the mixture boils off all the ethanol and small amount of water, leaving only cannabinoids and various other plant matierial that was extracted. It is exactly the same as honey oil. To make honey oil you used a organic solvent to dissolve cannabinoids and then evaporate it off. Using ethanol is just a bit different because it is the only one that can be drank safely without having to evaporate it out. Basically (incase the previous paragraph was just me being too high), Yes you can but you have boil the greendragon until all the alchohol is gone, but it is dumb because there are plenty of other more effective organic solvents to get the same effect.
