Does anyone have a site with a free spyware remover?

My computer has just slowed down to a near halt, there are no viruses and I have barely nothing downloaded onto it.


Also windows live messenger will not work, can anyone tell me why? It says it could be my internet connection or firewall but it is neither. Anyone know why?

Lavasoft Ad-aware. Use it often, its free and great. A crucial tool.

update it and then run the scan. this is going by your first line, that is a spyware remover...

the spyware remover is downloading.

it is crazy, stuff that takes ten seconds to download at my house takes half an hour to 45 minutes to download on this computer.


I mean sure my internet connection at home is comcast, but this is still cable, it isn't a bad internet connection, not like dial up. It should work pretty good. I remember when i used to live here stuff would download in under a minute, but now it is taking 20-50 times longer on things.
