is this possiable?
Yes.
Do it quick though because you're nearing the end of your window of opportunity... a decent sized bud mass can mold easily in the humid conditions required for cloning.
Take it from a low branch, NEVER the main cola.
And then just treat it as any other clone.
Bonus, since you have been [I hope] withholding N to help force flowering, you have unwittingly already created the chemical conditions within the plant to help it root better. I have had unexpected success with flowering moms and later realized that guess what, you should withhold N for a week before taking clones from ANY mother plant!
My new favorite cloning method is with rapid-rooters, clonex, a propagation dome, a single 'bright white' or 'cool white' cfl, and a seedling heat mat. Cut from plant. Place in water. Bring to work area. Recut at an angle with a fresh razor blade. Dip in clonex. Let sit for 30 seconds. Stick in rapid rooter cube. Stick in flat with dome. Place entire thing under light, on heat mat. Open, allow to air out, and mist with tap water 2x/day.
