    Yes.
Do it quick though because you're nearing the end of your window of opportunity... a decent sized bud mass can mold easily in the humid conditions required for cloning.
Take it from a low branch, NEVER the main cola.
And then just treat it as any other clone.
Bonus, since you have been [I hope] withholding N to help force flowering, you have unwittingly already created the chemical conditions within the plant to help it root better. I have had unexpected success with flowering moms and later realized that guess what, you should withhold N for a week before taking clones from ANY mother plant!
My new favorite cloning method is with rapid-rooters, clonex, a propagation dome, a single 'bright white' or 'cool white' cfl, and a seedling heat mat. Cut from plant. Place in water. Bring to work area. Recut at an angle with a fresh razor blade. Dip in clonex. Let sit for 30 seconds. Stick in rapid rooter cube. Stick in flat with dome. Place entire thing under light, on heat mat. Open, allow to air out, and mist with tap water 2x/day. Enjoy.

Why do you withhold N for cloning?

P promotes root growth and N promotes vegetative growth. Basically you require bloom nutes for cloning and flowering. That is why you should take clones in early flowering and not when the plant is full of nitrogen. They will root faster and stronger.

Ok i cloned three plants and only took one off each one. I used schultz TakeRoot rooting hormone. they are under a huge 48'' fluro and couple small CFL's. keep them on 24 hours right. i will post pics tomrrow.

cloning requires very little light. 1 2ft flouro about 12 inches above the clones is plenty of light. too much light will make the cuts try to grow instead of produce roots and this will make the cut yellow and die much faster. you don't need all those lights for cloning, it's counterproductive for your purposes

good advice all around, but 1-48" fluoro is not too much light...lol

good job, keep it up. you need some anti-wilt or something like it...peace

well i am getting more fluoros for my veging plants and a hps for my flowering plants. And the 48'' one is a double sided so it has two lights.

yes i know 1 48 is fine but there is no need for the cfls and if the light is the usual 2-4inches away that's gonna cause problems. i have always had much better results with the light at least 12inches away when cloning, even with flouros. with hid i would keep the light much further away than 12inches for cloning. i was just making this point because alot of new growers don't realize that alot of light is not good for cloning.

What is the main cola? I needed some clones and my plants were 2 weeks in 12/12. I cloned the tops. I wasn't too sure about cloning and I did the tops and all the branches, besides the fan leaves, I even cut a branch in half and left 2 leaves on small branch closest to plant and 2 closest to the top. Every single clone I did rooted in a e-z cloner. My question is, will all of them make it once I put into veg? I know the fan leaves will root but not stay alive. I sold 180 and needed to get as many as possible. Should what I did be fine or do I need to replace any certain plants? Thanks!
