As the snow goes......we missed that last one and only got 14 inches out of the last one.....34 from the week before.....that makes 4 feet in 10 days at my house....

I love to drive in the snow.....

I love to shovel and snow blow my drive and my nieghbors......

I love to take the kids sleding.........

I love winter i just dont like to work in it.......


BG, on the night of the last storm...i was looking at my fence, and there was a little bird with its little foot caught in the fence....it was getting snowed on and would have died, but I held the bird and my wife used a screw driver to pry the fence apart.....I Saved the little bird...i kept it over night to dry it and rest it, in the morining it flew away.......its the little things HUH?

I would love to see that much snow. I've only seen deep snow on one occasion even though I've traveled a lot, and it just leaves me in awe. Must be fun! Dave and our boy are up in Crested Butte with my in-laws, skiing. They're supposed to return tomorrow, but I wonder if their scheduled flight out of Crested Butte can get back to Denver and then the bigger one can get out of there for Dallas. I hope so. I want them back!

The guy was among the biggest pieces of shit on this earth, but does that make it our duty to kill him?
I feel like:
1) rotting in the joint for his life time would be worse than death
2) who are we to end anyones life?
3) who decided hanging was not cruel and unusual punishment?

Also, if you believe in god and stuff, which i dont but i just wanna throw it in there as food for thought, depending on your religion i know in christianity and judaism god gave the commandment not to kill. im pretty sure that doesnt have any exceptions. he never said it was ok to kill evil men, he just said dont kill.
I mean i know society has to deal with him in some way so he's not a threat, but that's what jail is for. Im just totally against the idea of killing in all respects, just morally: war, capital punishment... all that stuff.

We? Unless your Iraqi "we" didn't kill anyone. He was found guilty and sentenced through an Iraqi court. This was a big reason why they didn't start the trials until after the elected government took control. They wanted his trial conducted by the Iraqi people.........not American.
