No, seriously, I have a hard enough time keeping my aloe vera and orange tree alive. I've read up on growing mary jane, and it's quite intimidating. If the plant in question requires such specific conditions for a halfway decent/potent bud, then you can count my far-from-green-thumb out of it. I'd be growing shwag that would be good for about 5-10 bucks for an eighth LOL.

If you can grow one of them you can grow anything.

I wouldn't be too intimidated over what you read about growing weed you just have to remember that it's only a bloody plant.

Get a half decent light and read up a bit on soil and heating and your more or less set.

cleve, im sure to start growing all you need is

1) some seeds.. duh!
2) soil, plant pots, some ferts, etc
3) lights

all the other crap isnt essential.. im sure with those few things you can get good results!
