    what is SCROG?

Scrog stands for Screen of Green. A scrog grow consists of growing a couple plants, like 1 - 10, a certain heighth and then putting a screen on top of them. after the screen is put above them the plants will grow through the screen; as the tops penetrate the canopy of the screen the grower bends the tops and "weaves" them through the screen. the grower will keep doing this untill the screen is covered with a green canopy. what this produces is a solid canopy of nuggets that are all the same distance from lights so they will grow to their optimal amount. perfect for a 2 plant operation.

    .

I would suggest starting with LST to mess around and get a feel for the plant:

You're probably counting a little too high in yield, unless you're doing a large sativa. SOG and LST are mainly intended for short, bushy indicas.
You don't have very much light either, it could easily be doubled.
