freemasonryMr. Yeag, i have been doing my own research on freemasonry and have become very interested. I am familiar with the historical origins of the group, as well as the significance pertinent to U.S. Govt.

I also am led to believe that though many would consider some masonic symbols to be occult, masons have top secret definitions for them. This would differ from what the avg person might interpret a scull and crossbones to mean, for example.

How do masons feel about recreational/medicinal marijuana use?

freemasonryWell, i think we have VOLUNTARILY FAILED at this! And by we, i mean the rulers. They claim EGYPT is only 5k-10k years old (not to mention don't credit them for the amazing things they knew) and there weren't peaceful civilizations in the past 50,000 - 100,000 years, but there were. AND many civilizations have common denominators in their ancient ARCHITECTURE (inca pyramids, pyramids in cambodia, mayan pyramids, sphynx, great pyramids) proving they were in contact with each other. MODERN DAY EDUCATION is quite biased, and I think what we are TOLD is only a puzzle PIECE as to history and prior knowledge! Originally Posted by stinkyattic Originally Posted by stinkyattic

^^ if i linked to the right vid, they go scuba diving to
explore a pyramid COMPLETELY submersed in the ocean.
the only time it would have been ABOVE sea level
was 10,000+ years ago. if you like that, i can show you some more stuff

 movie on egypt:

and, if i were you, i wouldn't worry about Sr and Sadaam being connected by freemasons, they are ONLY public figureheads-- so they are both
controlled by same person no matter what the name of the organization
 used to recruit them

freemasonryMy Grandfather is a free mason.

We watched a history channel thing about the crusaders and such. Just incredible.

My grandpa has the ring and everything, I want to join when I am 18.

freemasonryi wanted to join, but something kinda weirded me out the other day. I looked up lodges in my area and about 15 miles away, there is a lodge #666

I know it can be said "its just a number to differentiate it from the other lodges and it is purely coincidental". But if that is the case, being individuals who believe in God (at least originally), why would they not just easily avoid that number? There are so many other numbers which could be used.

 IDK

freemasonrywe do not think like that. to be a mason you must be spiritual you must believe in a higher power to join. but like i said religion along with a few other topics are not discussed in the lodge

freemasonryright, but if you believe in a supreme being (GOD, and originally, it was ONLY GOD), why go with 666? I was ready to overlook occultic symbols because of the other secret significances, but 666? Not so easy for me to overlook.
