Dealing with sprouts...

As soon as I checked the seeds after my post I saw that one sprouted..sorry bout polluting the board, but now that I have my sprout, my jiffy pot, and my gro light, and my soil, how deeply should i plant the sprout and how should I water it?

I put it just barely under the soil 1/8 of an inch maybe if that.
