PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME WITH CLONING
Hey Stinkyattic,
I'm in the cloning process now too and using rapid rooters with dip and grow. I was wondering if you do anything to prepare the rapid rooters. What water content should these plugs have when putting in your clone? Any tips on this?

All strains clone.

Some are pointless to clone, Lowryder or any autoflowering ones being in that category
Where do you get your information?
Dr. Bud-
I don't prep them at all. Just a light spritz with tap water. The moisture content right out of the package is close to perfect... you'll just need to keep it at that level or a touch higher. That's one of the reasons they are so great! No boring prep work or soaking!!!

after you make your cut you can scrape the sides of the stem with your razor blade at the bottom about a half an inch and then dip it in the clone gel/powder you use and then put it in the rock wool.

That's good for a cut that has a tougher almost bark on it.

I have found that scraping the sides is an invitation to fungal growth.
You'll be able to make that call when you get to know the strain (s) you are working with.
