On the one hand, George W. Bush is supposed to be so incredibly stupid that he can't even put together a coherent sentence.

On the other hand, George W. Bush is supposed to be such a genius that he pulled off the most intricate and complex hoax of all time by making us all believe Bin Laden destroyed the WTC.
