how hard can it be to find a real dealer?
I live on long island, new york and have lots of friends from all over who smoke. My problem is I just can't find someone reliable to buy weed from. In fact, for two weeks I have been calling everyone I know and have not been able to pick up ANY sort of deal whatsoever. All my friends back out, all the numbers I aqcuire either don't work, the people only deal to their friends, or there busy. I'm willing to pay above average, the only reliable dealer I've ever found is a chick in my school who lives bout an hour away and I can never get too. A lot of my friends smoke, but don't sell, and there dealers just havn't been able to help me out. Anyone have similar problems, I just can't seem to find someone to sell to me.

idea:
next time one of your friends (with a connection) goes to pick up a sack, ask to tag along (bring some of your own with you if you can. also, bring something unique to be identified by. a cool looking hat or shirt would suffice) after you get to the dealer and your friend has bought his herb, ask him if he'd like to smoke a j/bowl with you, either of your friends or what you brought. depending on the answer, proceed to roll/pack one. before/after it's burned down/cashed, say something like "hey man, my name's ________. do you think i could get ur number or something?" and if he gives you his number, then next time you call him, be sure to identify yourself as "_________, the dude who came with ___________ and we smoked a bowl/jay. i was the one with that cool hat/shirt that you liked."
hope i helped dude.

Ouch dude, 50$ just to meet a dealer? You should be using that to buy weed.
But, yeah it's been really hard for me to get someone but that sounds like some good tips thanks. Hah, hopefully smoking will become more easy and enjoyable for me, when it's less hassle and more fun. It seems like the amount of weed I get is just never worth the amount of time to find someone to buy it off. Good luck all who are in similar situations.

uhm....50 just to meet a connect? do me a favor and kick yourself in the face. at the most it should be 15 and a smoke-up after you make your first deal. 50 is just bullshit.

Not that I'm a big baller or anything but $50 would be WELL worth it to meet someone who had high quality smoke and was always available.Originally Posted by slpntrx5

It's not that I'm overly shy or anything but I have a hard time striking up a weed conversation with someone who I don't know. What's a cool way to bring up weed without seeming sketchy? I've never had this problem before.

It's not that simple. I'm afraid I'll ask someone who would rat me out to management at work, or someone who thinks pot is bad, or whatever.Originally Posted by slpntrx5
