Well I suppose that is one approach, actually I favor the employer sanctions, the harsher the better, for after all it is them that are reaping the tremendous profits from the pitiful wages payed the illegals. They say the cost of everything will go up. Only because the greedy employers wouldn't cut their profits. I can see a little bump in retail, but the greedy owners are and have always been the cause of all the immigration problems. The problem with your plan is how to get it started and then how to enforce it. I'm even for the border plan. It is an absolute neccessity to seal the southern border, this country cannot sustain the onslaught of illegals that has been occuring over the last 5-10 years. The amnesty thing is a farce. For every illegal you allow to stay, 10 will be allowed to come in from mexico on family or hardship visas and then will be turned into citizens as well, now your talking 120 million low payed workers. where are all the Americans with 800-2500 dollar a month mortgage payments supposed to find work? So then you'll have a foreclosure rate of magnanimous proportions and the banks will fail. The ramifications of amnesty are beyond common sense and are disastrous for our Country!
