heres a legal question about pass ports!!!
hey there in 11 months i plan on going for a vacation a 420 friendly vacation
i have a felony on record for growing and selling.. can i obtain a pass port for my trip or how can i get one legal or not. i was talking to some straight people at work about going on vacation and i said i was going out of the country and they all said there are new rules with pass ports jan 1 2007 does any one know about this or what i can do to get a pass port!!!!!!!

You're still a citizen of the United States, they're required to give you a passport. This is, of course, unless you're a terrorist or on a terrorist watch list. I know you're not though, most people I know who smoke can barely get off the couch, let alone get involved with terrorism. :jointsmile: Have a good vacation brotha!

all i know is if your going to mexico the new law is you have to have a passport to get in and out of mexico,.....where did you plan on going?

IMO racial profiling is alive and well at the US Department of State. If you are a minority you will probably have to wade through miles of red tape to get a passport, but you should do it. It's a nice thing to have. It provides undeniable identification.

thank you all very much i will go through what ever they want. i have been arrested many times. but nothing that is close to being a terroist i just cant stand another xmass with my family!!!! bunch of drunk fuckers!!!! so sick of it
