first grow need a little help

I'm growing 4 plants in a very small space. 2 afghani #1 and two unknown sativas which the latter 2 are clones. The 2 afghani sprouted about 2 wk ago, the first set of true leave on one of them turned yellow and now it's brown and crispy, the other one was a very nice dark green now it's turning pale and yellowing also. This is an indoor grow and I'm using dirt from a nursery. I water the plants with a dilute fertilizer, instead of a whole tspn I use 1/4 tspn per gallon of water. I water the plants when the top of the soil is dry atleast 1/2" into the soil. Is the problem to much fertilizer to soon, or is it overwatering, or is it something else?

yes, for sure burn. You shouldn't give any ferts to seedlings untill they have 4 sets of true leafs.

also, I seed in a "soiless mix". because seedlings dont need or want any nutes. I have a mix of sand, perlite and peatmoss. Works great.

I plant them in very small pots 2inch by 2 inch (peat pots) once the'e got 4 sets of leafs i pop the pot into good soil after a few days the roots grow into the good soil and the take off.
