I kind of thought that you would be one to realize that developement of an infrustructure is vital in the success of ANY country. Jobs provide opportunities and that isn't what insurgents and terrorists want for Iraq....a glimmer of hope.

How many lives were lost with our civil war, WW2? What was one of the main objectives in developing the peace? Rebuild the countries infrustructure!
