ok get a sharp knife. slice off the tip of the lightbulb (were u screw it in), but just like slice off the first threading or two.

proceed to use a screwdriver or something to scrape around inside, breaking any glass/structures inside the lightbulb, periodically dumping it out. do this until you have a hollow light bulb. fill it up with water and wash out any excess that might be in there (even if there arent any visible particles, id do it anyway to be safe). the things a bitch to dry out, if you can get a tissue or something inside (be creative) thatll help, i usually hold it up to hte hair drier for a few minutes, put it near the window, etc. if theres any left over water/a lot of moisture, it really fucks it up. then take a water bottle cap (ive made these a few times, a few years back, and poland spring water bottles if you have them in ur area fir perfectly), the cap will screw on perfectly to the light bulb. once you got one that fits (or can make it airtight somehow with puddy/tacky/whatever floats ur boat), make two holes in it, ones gonna be a carb, and the other has to be big enough to stick a straw through.

once its dry and everything, break up some bud (bowlpack worth or less), drop it in there, screw the cap on, then hold the lighter/candle under the lightbulb so the TIP of it is just touching the bottom of the lightbulb. start sucking after maybe five seconds, youll get a weird, minty type taste, its really hard to explain, but its similar to the way that bud smells before its burnt. itll be like a very faint mist in the lightbulb. dont hold the lighter on there for too long, or else the bud will start to burn. it only takes a few "hits" before youve pretty much mastered it.
