well, as much as i hate to admit it, it basicly is.... from a legal stand point, the guy can't force the woman to get an abortion, nor force her to have the kid... so for that reason alone, it basicly is the woman's decision... which sometimes may not seem fair becasue the woman could want to have the kid, and the guy not, then the woman can stick the guy for everything he's worth, even if the way she got pregnant in the first place was so unbelieable.... (lots of protection) the only remedy to NEVER have to go through this, is to just not have sex.... basicly, if you're a guy, and you're having sex, you can get screwed... no matter what lengths you go to, to be safe, the only saftey, is not doing it at all.
