Terrible president. The only reason he got in was because Nixon had to resign due to the Watergate scandal. He pardoned Nixon, and screwed New York during an extreme fiscal crisis and national recession.

He lost an electon to another idiot, Jimmy Carter, who was so bad that Ronald Reagan beat him in his bid for a second term.
