Bodybuilding/weightlifting
to me, lifting is way easier when im high
i dont really feel the pain/fatigue thing as much and i just keep lifting and lifting lol i dont even really count i just do it
ohhh btw have u heard of 21's? its a bicep curl where u bring it from all the way down to half way up 7 times, then from halfway up to all the way up 7 times, then from all the way down to all the way up 7 times... good stuff for both endurance and build
