    couldn't agree more about smoking+working out... 'amotivational syndrome' is such bullshit, i smoke weed to get up off my ass! all summer i'd smoke a bowl then go for a walk w/ some music.. i couldn't do anything too hardcore when i'm too high, but think about when you're at a show or something super high and really dancing...best shit ever. i'm a chickie so really just free weights are for me, but seriously- aerobic stuff is all the better when you're a little high. hahah

    This must be where all the motivated smokers are. I've been a daily smoker for a long long time. Every time I smoke, i find myself up and doing something. Within the last few months, everytime i smoke, I'm in the garage hitting the heavy bag. There's nothing like getting all baked and punchin the bag around. I find my workouts are more complete when i'm stoned.

    I love working out, been doing it for a few years now. Up untill a 4-5 mounths ago I started to hit a pipe and do it. Found it to be much more motivational after I did it for a few minutes. Had probulmes breathing a few times were my heart felt like it would explode but Id just take a break and eat. Great way to get in shape.

    I smoke all the time before hockey practice, I always try harder because I think that everyone thinks that I'm high if that makes any sense.
