lol i thought about saying my new years res was to quit smoking, but like i said, i'd just end up breaking it (i believe in jinx's and superstition) i want to quit smoking, but i also know, you have to have everything for you, and you have to WANT to quit, technically, i've been trying to quit tobacco for 6 years now... 20 or so 'actual times' (i mean times when i wanted to quit and not just 'hey i'm fucked up and tobacco does nothing for me and i'm going to quit, only to pick it up the next day when i'm sober') .... yeah, no one really could know it, and i doubt my wife believes it, but right now, as we speak, i'm on the road to quitting.... maybe not everyone, but it takes me a little longer, and a little more effort to quit....

My new year's resolution is to get into shape. It's going to require an insane amount of food for me to consume in order to build muscle (I have a high metabolism), not to mention strenuous workouts. I'm going to try my hardest at this one. I actually have money now to invest in this (about $2000 total).

I normally resolve not to make New Year's resolutions. But this year, I'm going to try and do a few simple things:

Try and get to bed earlier so I'm not tired in the mornings (when school starts back, that is)
Gain the 5 - 10 pounds that everyone keeps telling me I need to gain
Try and be more organized around the house so my tendency toward disorder doesn't drive my husband nuts
