Idk. You could be trippin and thinking that they're talking about you when really they're talking about something completely different. That kind of stuff happens to me all the time. However, you know what you heard, your the best judge of that. I would simply get some visine/clear eyes and eat lots of food and drink plenty of water to bring down my high. Good luck mate!~
