I dont know where you're at pasofol but I'm in vancouver and I got my 1000 watt HPS wired up with the hood and a cool tube, as well as the basllast mounted in a metal fire safe box for about 250. not too bad in my opinion.

That californiahydro store ran a good sale at the frist of the month The cool tube with socket and reflectors for $59.95 plus shipping came to $74.95.Somebody here posted the site and I'am glad they did.You can't buy it for that price any where.They now are $119.95 which is not to bad.So I will be keeping a eye on this site. the link i posted is where you can get a complete 1kw hps system including reflector for just over 140 and if you upgrade to a cooltube and hortilux bulb its only 217 bucks

And they aren't some homemade knockoff's either, they are Hydrofarm Econotubes with a 5kv socket and good glass.

i bought a 150w hps from 1000bulbs.com. comes with ballast,ignitor,capacitor. u need to order and HID light socket seperatley which is like 9 bucks + s&h. they have good products and i hope to do more business with them in the future.
