The intensity of the light is never a problem (I don't think), I think it's just the heat and temperature that might be a problem. If you can control that then it should all be fine .
orangeman Reviewed by orangeman on . Too much light? Is it ever OVERKILL? I have a grow cabinet and I just got a 1000w HPS for it. I know that a 1000w is enough to cover an 8' x 8' space and I cut that down to a 4 1/2' cabinet. Does anyone think that this is too much light for this space? Rating: 5
