I used to be a big drinker of redbull. But i have subsituted redbull for Orange Lucuzade. You cannot beat that shit. I only drink redbull now with vodka.

ive tried those store bought energy drinks and didnt do anything to me. but if you go to GNC the have this shit called NO-Xplod and its a powder you mix with water before you work out. and it for sure works. if your not careful and drink too much your arms and hands will start shakin uncontrollably. they probably arent healthy to drink everyday, but i drink one bfore i work out

and to the thread starter... its funny... me and you both drank the same thing as the first energy drink... sobe no fear...

hm.. tha'ts funny.... both coffee and the energy drinks end up makign me sick when i 'come down'... if you drink multiple cups of coffee do you find your self getting sick, like when you drink an energy drink? if so it's got to be the caffiene in 'em (otherwise, someone tell me one ingredient they share other then sugar and water lol)

Coffee doesn't make me sick because I have had a few cups (made me really jittery) before (when I was really tired) but energy drinks definitely make me feel sick to my stomache.

i always get that jittery 'weak' feeling, right before i get sick.... lol.. one cup, or a cuppachino from exxon or something like it, nothing, but if i drink a few cups.... omg i'll end up sick...
