hydro for the first time indoor

i am using the ebb and flow system. A 3x3 table and a 4x8 table .
so i got a couple questions do to this is how i learn... I am using pink/red clay pellets as the medium. i am using foxfarm feeding schedule..

The only thing i just don't have no clue is how many times when the ligths are on do i fill and drain the tables ??and when there sleeping i am guessing that they arent going to take on much water i think .. i was thinking about filling the tables up once every hour for 15min ...and when ligths are off ill feed 3 times only so about every 3.5 hours when ligths off...

    WELL THANKS PEEPS.....

Are the hydro rocks the only medium? If so I would try to do 1/2 hour every 3 hours when lights on and do 2 30 minute cycles when lights are out and adjust accordingly.
    Adieu
