n.f.t or ebb and flow???????

am about to buy myself a hydro kit but dont know to buy either an ebb and flow or n.f.t can anyone tell me which one is best for growing weed thanks

hi, ive been growing in soil for 5 years. and just about to turn hydro, ive spoken to a bloke who grows n,f,t.. and its very high maintenance..,.im going for the ebb and flo system..........it just makes more sense to me..
