He wears the Red, White and Blue with pride....red from his outfit, white from the trim and blue from his balls due to wind chill in the sleigh. Why a republican you may ask.......well he distributes gifts and toys to those he deemed naughty and nice.....he proportions the toys based on wealth; check under your tree.
