That's because [they] [Many times "We"] do not understand the depth of God's Love for his creation. I believe God is Spirit and essence, I believe that all we see, touch, feel, hear, tase, and generally experience are all part of of God. He is all in all, and is "The All". Everything that exists is part of God, but his essence and Spirit is Love, and from what I understand, nothing that was made was made w/o it.

God is not "love". Yes he might symbolize love but he isn't actually love. When you love your fuckin' dog, that is not "god" working. When you don't go to church, it is easy to get this idea.....go to church one sunday, and you will realize that these people are actually talking about an 'invisible man in the sky'.

ive been to church. i gave christianity a shot, but it didnt work out. everyone was happy and singing songs and praying. it was nice a first. then i realized, this all is based off either a lie, or an unproven theory. you can say god has told you through the church and the bible how to live and what to do, but you cant show me god and prove hes there. nobody can. you can show me something that you say represents god (love), but love is an idea. all you or anybody else has, are ideas, and some scriptures that arent proven real.

this brings me to my next question. how do we know the bible is a valid document? you have no proof that some people didnt just get stoned and write down a bunch of stuff. i know its not the word of god, but its the word of god through man, but have you talked to the man who suppposedly spoke to god and wrote down his word? no, you havent because he has been dead for a very long time. maybe the bible was originaly supposed to be an elaborate document to control the masses (morals and why were here etc..)
and was just beleived by enough people to keep it around all the way untill now.

these are some of the questions that i have. i would appreciate it very much if they were awnsered. im not trying to be an asshole or trying to insult all of you christians, but your story has many flaws. my story, as an athiest, only has one. i beleive that mine is more beleivable right now.
