Ok LIP. I'm going to break it down for you like this. Population of England, around 60 million. Population of California is around 35 million, the population of the United States is around 300 million. The largest market for cannabis is the United States and the largest producer of cannabis is the United States. When you consider that, doesn't it seem a lot more likely that the best weed is found here? Additionally, it's been argued the most potent weed is outdoor grown sensi, and the English climate sucks compared to Humboldt and other exotic American locales used for outdoor growing. The prime seeds you love from Amsterdam or Canada? They come from a lot of expatriated American growers whom have moved in favor of a more liberal climate toward cannabis.

With regard to our laws, that's a locale thing. It varies from state to state. Some places are more harsh than others. Smoking in California is not as big of a deal as smoking the dank in Minnesota. In Alaska, you can grow for your own consumption. I don't think you have a strong comprehension of how our government system works and just how HUGE the United States is. We're all from different geographic areas with somewhat different regional cultures.
