I'm going to move this thread into the current events area, guys.

We've been following this story closely. My son goes to Duke and knows a couple of those guys who were charged. Their lives have been irrevocably changed because of those baseless charges, and yes, the DA's still pursuing lesser charges against the young men. A very troubling case--and a very troubling, overly aggressive DA considering that there is no real evidence. I know the university community wishes it would all just go away.

The fact there is no DNA from any of the suspects is just being released and now the girl isn't even sure if she was raped? This may get deleted due to controversy, but what ever. I said when it first happened the bitch was probably lying and now it appears I was right. I feel really bad for these poor guys. I was watching fox news and they had this female saying how nothing but a little vaginal swelling showed up in the rape exam. The DA Rating: 5
